Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These terms govern the use of our bookkeeping engagements, digital training materials, and physical reference materials for small and mid enterprises. By engaging with Bilanzenyra Office, you accept these terms.
2. Definitions
- Service Engagement: tailored bookkeeping support and reporting.
- Digital Training: online courses and downloadable guides.
- Physical Material: printed manuals and workbooks.
3. Service Engagement
During a booked engagement, we provide specified tasks and reports in accordance with the agreed schedule. Scheduling changes must be requested at least 5 business days before the start date. Unless otherwise stated, service engagements are non-refundable due to the preparatory work reserved exclusively for you.
4. Digital Training
Digital training materials are accessible upon payment. You may request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase only if no part of the material has been accessed or downloaded. If eligible, the paid amount will be returned. After any access or download, no cancellation is permitted.
5. Physical Material
You may return unused physical materials within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and shipped to our address at your expense. Upon receipt and inspection, we will reimburse the paid amount, minus reasonable handling charges, within 15 days.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Service Engagements
Rescheduling: You may move a scheduled engagement once without extra charge if requested 5 business days in advance. For later changes or cancellations, we retain 50% of the fee to cover preparatory work, and the balance is returned via the original payment channel within 15 days.
Non-Refundable: Engagements that commence or for which preparatory work has begun are non-refundable to ensure fairness to all clients.
6.2 Digital Training
As stated in section 4, full return of the paid amount is possible only if no material has been accessed within 14 days of purchase. To request a cancellation, contact us with your purchase details.
6.3 Physical Material
Refer to section 5 for return eligibility. Reimbursement is made via the original payment channel within 15 days of receiving and inspecting the returned shipment.
7. Transfer of Service
If you cannot attend a scheduled engagement, you may transfer it to another party with our written consent at least 5 business days before the start date. Transferred engagements remain subject to these terms.
8. Modifications to Terms
Bilanzenyra Office may revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our site and apply to new orders immediately.
